We’ve got a smooth, hassle-free shipping process to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about when and how your package will land in your hands.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing and local courier delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping windows.

SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are processed the same day. - Shipping Rates (Australia): $12.00 flat rate for standard shipping. Free standard shipping is provided for all orders over $75.00. 
International Shipping: Transit times and costs vary by destination. Please note that deliveries to the USA may experience delays or suspensions based on current carrier rules. 
Lost Items: All shipments include tracking. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact brohelp@trademarkskin.com. 
Returns & Refunds: Damaged goods will be replaced. We also accept change-of-mind returns.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can obsessively refresh the page until your package arrives.

International Orders & Customs Fees

• We love shipping worldwide, but we can’t control customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country.

• All additional charges during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (sorry, but we’re not in charge of international tax laws—if we were, we’d make skincare tax-free).

Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages

• If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you’ll need to cover the additional shipping fee for resending.

• If you choose not to have it resent, we will refund the order minus the shipping costs.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order—we don’t want your new skincare routine taking a detour!

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbours, post office, or courier first.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Delivery Delays

• We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, but once it leaves our hands, delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen events (like a pigeon uprising) are out of our control.
