3. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on skincare products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at bro@trademarkskin.comwith proof of damage.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within standard timeframes. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance in your country.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it resent. We do not offer free redelivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to shipping details.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

6. Payment & Pricing

Prices for products sold in Australia are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If pricing is listed in another currency, it will be clearly stated.
We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by other countries, including but not limited to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and local taxes.
All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as customs duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options.
