• If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it resent. We do not offer free redelivery.

• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to shipping details.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier service.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
