Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can obsessively refresh the page until your package arrives.
We love shipping worldwide, but we can’t control customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country.
All additional charges during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (sorry, but we’re not in charge of international tax laws—if we were, we’d make skincare tax-free).
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you’ll need to cover the additional shipping fee for resending.
If you choose not to have it resent, we will refund the order minus the shipping costs.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order—we don’t want your new skincare routine taking a detour!
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbours, post office, or courier first.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
