01 · General use
By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to do so.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website or services at any time without prior notice.
02 · Product information & use
Our skincare products are formulated with care, and we aim to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, results may vary from person to person.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions that may result from using our products. Please review the ingredients list and conduct a patch test before use.
03 · Returns & refunds
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on skincare products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trademarkskin.com with proof of damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
04 · Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within standard timeframes. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance in your country.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to have it resent. We do not offer free redelivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to shipping details.
05 · Lost or stolen packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
06 · Payment & pricing
Prices for products sold in Australia are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If pricing is listed in another currency, it will be clearly stated.
We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by other countries, including but not limited to import duties, customs fees, tariffs and local taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards and other secure payment options. Prices are subject to change without notice.
